• Unintentional Period Piece:
  • The series was created from 2003 to 2007 and it shows! The humor of the old series just bleeds turn of the millennium with much of it informed by South Park. Other examples include Ben mentioning he doesn't have a cell phone and gags based on the size of the original Xbox.
  • The video quality in the live-action section of episode 5 also makes it abundantly clear that it was filmed and uploaded to the internet in the mid-2000s.
