These are what we call the 'YMMV items.' Things that some people find in this work. We call them 'your mileage might vary' because not everyone sees these things in the same way. Broken Base: Over whether or not Toby should have covered the Assassins Creed III E3 Trailer. To be noted is that the people who wanted him to cover it didn't unsubscribe him or anything- it's just that the previous trailers brought many of Toby's fans in, and some people got really excited when the trailer came out.
And it looks like the same thing is happening with Assassin's Creed: Unity. Again, no-one's threatening to un-sub, but they are asking him to do it out of nostalgia.
Ear Worm: His literal trailers and songs are catchy.
He Really Can Act: Many people had this reaction for his appearance in Black Box TV's "This One's For You, Baby", where he plays a vengeful boyfriend whose girlfriend is cheating on him with his best friend.
Love It or Hate It: Toby is a polarizing personality; his particular brand of humor is appreciated by some but not by all. There's also some resentment over his inability to finish projects, as well as opposing groups of viewers who variously prefer his gaming channel and his main comedy channel and don't appreciate it when one takes priority over the other. Toby has addressed the "copying from others" complaint in his vlogs, saying that he doesn't keep track of what other YouTubers are doing; he creates videos for his amusement and those of his fans, but inevitably gets accused of copying when he starts a Let's Play later than someone else.
