- Heartwarming in Hindsight: While he is amused by the jukebox painting, Homer doesn't show much of a deeper appreciation for art in this episode, only caring about the landscape painting because he thought he could earn a lot of money from it; in "Homer is Where the Art Isn't" he would end up learning to do so more, falling in love with a particular painting and trying to prevent it from falling into private hands.
