Also, if you tell Professor Warwick it's ok to play Russian Roulette, he apparently shoots himself right there in your office, but no one mentions hearing a gunshot or seeing his body afterwards.
• Inferred Holocaust: How many patients have been driven insane by Dr. Dekker's infectious madness?
• Nausea Fuel: Marianna's description of the bodies writhing at the bottom of the sea with holes in them. Also, what happens to Anoushka if Claire doesn't kill David in time.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: All of the patients seem hopelessly insane to one degree or another so it can be hard to care about what happens to them.
  • On the other hand, depending on your choices, seeing how much you've helped them can be rewarding.
• The Woobie: Eve in the prequel. After a traumatic incident, she develops agoraphobia and spends all day playing video games. She also has a drinking problem. Her plight is compounded by the fact that she knows how long people have left to live and is powerless to help them.
