Crowning Music of Awesome: Ray LaMontagne's beautiful and plaintive "Empty" plays over the end credits, which are a pretty cool animation themselves.
Ship Tease: Is it only this troper who thought the film did this, briefly, for Aiken and Anna Surratt? Of course it wouldn't be able to because of historical accuracy purposes.
