YMMV for the fanfic of that name:

Complete Monster: the Curator after going Drunk with Power.
Moral Event Horizon: The Curator when he forces Vlad to fight Danny until one of them can't continue anymore. Especially after he personally tortures Danny afterwards in the infirmary.
What Measure Is a Non Badass: Melody and Ryder are ridiculously capable by human standards, but can't really keep up with ghosts and half-ghosts.

YMMV for The Collector(2009) and The Collection(2012):

Complete Monster: The Collector. He is considerably more vicious than villains of similar movies. He seems to get a kick out of torturing and hurting people. Its particularly delightful when Arkin locks him in his own trunk at the end of The Collection and tells him that he will make him suffer exactly the way The Collector made Arkin suffer.
