• Best Known for the Fanservice: The film is best known for Demi Moore showing off her body.
• So Bad, It's Good: A very generous assessment that can be made about it. It is a comedy at its core, although it gets too serious whenever Angela appears.
• Squick: Shad puts a cockroach in a yogurt pot in order to make a phony lawsuit to the manufacturer. The lawyer's secretary eats the thing...
• Values Dissonance: Al Garcia states that he can't do anything about Darrell because he only threatened her and didn't actually do anything. Nowadays, threatening somebody in any way is an arrestable offence regardless if the person was only bluffing and had no intention of following through with their threat. In Canada at least, threatening someone, their property, or their pet is punishable by a maximum of five years in prison.
• The Woobie:
  • Erin, who is the victim of an incredibly ugly situation; her criminal husband leaves her, makes her lose her promising job as an FBI secretary, as well as the custody of her young daughter- thus forcing her to resort to the lowest job of being a stripper.
  • Angela, who is only a little girl caught up in an ugly custody battle.
