YMMV: Sequence

  • Alternative Character Interpretation: Naia. Many people believe we're supposed to be on her side because she's given a lot of shit in the plot and more than a little defense from the Fourth Guardian being the unseen "Shepard." And that she helps Ky to survive and learn to fight. However, we have to remember that Ky has been sent here, with no pretense or explanation from his Shepard, and his life in on the line. She has information about the situation and why things are the way they are-about Guardians, Monsters, the role of the Tower-and she claims through being a Deadpan Snarker that she is looking to his safety. I am not the only one who finds that highly unlikely.
    • Falls flat on its face once you've beaten the game. Naia is a prisoner, just like you, and she is forced to withhold information under penalty of death.
  • Crowning Music of Awesome: The entire soundtrack is made up of songs composed by Ronald Jenkees and DJ Plaeskool. This trope is pretty much a given.
  • Spiritual Licensee: Gameplay wise, this is basically Dance Dance Revolution: The RPG.
