Complete Monster: Beagle's Security Chief Pierre Buzarde', who was hired because of his ability to intimidate others with his naked sadism. Beagle's leader Dr. Tori Carcharria qualifies, albeit in a less direct fashion.
Purity Sue: Ruby is a deliberate deconstruction, as her compassion borders on co-dependence and her strong moral stances are often childish and naive.
