- Archive Panic: Even though they only have 3 albums, they have a bucketload of promotional music videos, EP's that never saw the light of day in the U.S. and several compilation albums. Collecting the music by these guys can prove to be quite the chore.
- Broken Base: Some fans get into pretty heated discussions as to whether Slow Buildings is a good album or not.
- Heartwarming Moments: "Sea Of Sound"
- Nausea Fuel: It's best not to watch the video for Half Life, Remembered while eating.
- Nightmare Fuel: "The Colour of the Sky", a hidden track on the Half Life EP note . It starts out rather ominous, with vocalist Ian Masters talking about something over quiet instrumentals and creepy, wordless singing, and then Masters bellows:
- "Why doesn't it HUUUURT!?! HUUUUUURT!?!?!"
- Oh, and it all ends with a Ominous Music Box Tune. Sleep tight.
- "Hunted" from In Ribbons note contains some of the creepiest lyrics ever sung by Ian Masters:''Never alone/Sticks fast to him/As shadows loom/It tracks him everywhere he goes...
- Tear Jerker: Sight Of You, especially if you're going through a particularly nasty breakup.
- "Shell", full stop.
