• Growing the Beard: While Nick had always been a pretty good character, throughout Nightblade and Wings of Vengeance he's more of a static character who doesn't have much impact on the world around him. Come Defining Strength he's stepped into his own and started making a difference with the large amounts of character development writer KnightEstoc has been giving him. This has only increased moving forward into the Viper trilogy.
