Probably not that long. She'd told Fluttershy she was going to Zecora's. If she didn't show up the next day, the first place they'd look for her would be the Everfree Forest. Whether they'd be able to fix her without having the cockatrice on hand is another matter... but if all else failed they could probably call Princess Celestia in.
