• Adorkable: Comes off as this at times thanks to a combination of her interests and goofy laugh, particularly in "Pokemon Snap" where she doesn't get that Oak awards the most points for facial profiles, not butt pics.
• Annoying Video Game Helper: During her blind playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the guest LPers (a.k.a. "Sages") who help Lucah through the adult dungeons sometimes fall under this:
  • NintendoCapriSun is not exactly an expert on Ocarina of Time, so while he does give some good advice during the Forest Temple, he also offers tips that are misleading or outright wrong.
  • During the Fire Temple's boss fight, SunkistJourney earnestly advises Lucah not to hang off the edge of the arena, as it doesn't work and she would just fall. Except that it does work (the edge is even climbable), and it would have helped Lucah avoid a good deal of damage.
  • Some fans have complained about the Sages in general, believing that the LP isn't as fun if Lucah gets too much help. Because of this, LiamSixx only gives her minimal guidance in the Water Temple.
  • Pcull44444 invokes this in the Shadow Temple by deliberately misleading Lucah to try to get her to fuck up or inconvenience herself. Ironically, either because Lucah's competent enough at the game by this point or just because she knows Patrick well enough, most of his tricks don't work as she accidentally does things right or sniffs his attempts out.
  • In the Spirit Temple, AttackingTucans has drawn some ire from viewers for (accidentally or not) revealing several minor game spoilers while trying to assist Lucah. It's to the point where he's posted at least one comment defending himself. Also, his advice causes the boss fight to take longer and inflict more damage than necessary. In the first phase, he tells Lucah to use L-targeting; the better strategy is to go without targeting. In the second phase, he doesn't know that different elements successively hitting the Mirror Shield both hurts Link and cancels the shield's power. Hilarity Ensues.
  • LiamSixx helping Lucah during her Pokémon Snap LP has also taken some flak from fans who view it as cheating at a game that isn't even that hard. Especially since she ended up Rage Quitting the game even with his help.
• Broken Base:
  • Her LP of Mario And Luigi: Superstar Saga was well-received at first, but left fans polarized near the end due to Lucah relying on the Game-Breaker Mush Badge to boost her attack power to high levels. The end result was several notorious boss fights beaten in mere minutes or even seconds, with many fans disappointed they didn't get to see her tango with the tough bosses. The criticism reached its apex when Lucah one-shotted the fan-favorite Koopalings before many of them even got to launch an attack, compounded by the fact that since she did one Koopaling per video, many videos ended up extremely short during a time when Superstar Saga was the only project she was running. After Lucah voiced her frustration that fans were too vocal in criticizing her for being "too OP", the fandom split in two. The first camp defended her for playing the way she wanted to play and pointed out Lucah only knew about the mush Badge thanks to the fans themselves. The other half said that regardless of her hurt feelings, six straight videos of ten-second boss fights were just plain boring and repetitive to watch.
  • Also her LP of Banjo-Kazooie with one group thinking that ProtonJon was hand-holding her too much, while the others admire her for doing the game as well as she could; and this came to a head during Gruntilda's Furnace Fun.
• Crosses the Line Twice: Invoked in some of her LPs, when she gives characters voices based on various outdated caricatures. In addition to lamenting the fact that she can't think of anything better and is thus offending everyone, she tries to play it up enough that it goes straight into ridiculous.
• Ensemble Dark Horse:
  • PeeRam the Ampharos from her Pokémon HeartGold LP. He is even an emote on her Twitch channel.
  • Smefanye, her and ProtonJon's character in their America's Next Top Model LP. She has seen a surge of fanart every time Smefanye changes her appearance and some girls on Twitter wear makeup to match the makeup Smefanye wears each week. Notable looks for Smefanye are her Retro, Working Woman and Beach looks. Like PeeRam before her, she eventually gets an emote on her Twitch channel, where she uses her default look.
• Fan Nickname: Some like calling her MamaJin after adopting little Bagel. Likewise ProtonJon is nicknamed PapaJon.
• Fetish Retardant: When romancing a Cat Girl in HuniePop, the girl states that her bottom is sticky. Lucah is immediately taken out of the scene and spends the rest of her time with the girl laughing at this.
• Fridge Brilliance: Why does she like Edgeworth so much? Well he looks similar to ProtonJon's 100% Orange Juice! character, and if you listen closely when she voices him, she slightly copies Jon's accent and some of his speech patterns into Edgeworth.
• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • In Part 24 of her HuniePop playthrough has her ask the devs of the game to include Audrey in the sequel and have her turn her life around. She does turn her life around, but she becomes a camgirl and drug addict after the player character of the original game breaks her heart.
  • Shortly before Christmas 2016, Lucah posted a tweet reading "Last Christmas, I gave you my butt" and retweeted responses that continued the parody, all in-line with her trademark brand of humor. That Christmas, George Michael passed away of unknown causes.
  • On the weekend before she recorded Episode 9 of her Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair LP, she made a joke about the body discovery notification, in reference to finding Byakuya's body. Episode 9 happens to be the episode in her LP where Byakuya ends up being murdered.
  • In episode 22 of the Dangaronpa V3 LP, she reacts negatively to the water tank prop in Himiko's (the magician's) room, saying that underwater escape tricks stress her out and that she hates the thought of drowning. Of course, when Himiko puts on a magic show in episode 27, it's an underwater escape trick (and someone ends up dying by drowning), leading to a lot of stress for poor Lucah.
  • In Episode 2 of her playing Mario Party Superstars with ProtonJon, the commentary involved Lucah pressing Jon for gossip on fellow The Runaway Guys member Chuggaaconroy. Less than two weeks later, Chugga would be accused of and admit to sexual harassment towards Lady Emily, with accounts of similarly unpleasant past behavior being brought forth by fellow creators Antdude and MasaeAnela.
• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • After getting a Geodude in "Pokémon HeartGold" she says she wished she could get an orange-colored one that reminds her of Jasper from Steven Universe. The shiny Geodude have an orange tint to their color.
  • Hearing Bowser call his minions "clods" in Lucah's Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door LP got even more amusing after Lucah became obsessed with Steven Universe, which features a secondary character who throws the pejorative around like a Catchphrase.
  • Right before Phoenix cross-examines the parrot in her ''Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney' Let's Play, she went on to state that this court is a circus now. Little did Lucahjin know that the next game has a case that took place in the circus.
  • In South Park: The Stick of Truth there's a Running Gag that the New Kid is actually a girl who everyone, including her own parents, thinks is a boy. Fastforward to the sequel, and it turns out this is in fact exactly what was going on if the player chooses to play as a girl, besides the part about the parents not knowing.
  • During her playthrough of America's Next Top Model with ProtonJon, she at one point asks a half-serious question that starts with "If we get married..." and Jon is taken aback, as at that point the two were "only" dating, and they joke about playing music from the game at the wedding. A long while later, Jon proposed to Lucah, and they were fully wed in September of 2018 - just a couple weeks after the playthrough's two-year anniversary.
  • Also during America's Next Top Model, Lucah at one point in Part 9 sings some verses from "I'm Too Sexy." A few parts later, Barbara sings a tamer version of the song to Smefanye.
  • In Lucahjin's Let's Play of the Sims 3 "Making BURGER KING (2)", she jokes about flushing a cat down the toilet, to much of the chat's dismay. She even states that she's not a cat person. Later, she would adopt Bagel.
• It Was His Sled: In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Blind), though she acts as though she doesn't know that Zelda is Sheik right up to The Reveal, Lucah then admits that she always knew due to Super Smash Bros. being a Late-Arrival Spoiler about it.
• Launcher of a Thousand Ships: The Sim Versions of Liam, Clay, and to a lesser extent, Villene Totoro.
• Memetic Mutation:
  • "Barbara Did It." Since the start of Smefanye's rivalry with model Barbara, Lucah, Jon and other fans start blaming Barbara for everything. Anytime something happens in a video or tweet, a comment blaming Barbara is guaranteed to be there.
  • "Fine, thanks." A non-sequitur phrase given by Rock, a useful NPC in Suikoden, each time you talk to him. Lucah picked up on this and turned it into a Catchphrase of sorts in her Discord, her streams, and a few LPs, and after her Let's Play of said game finally revealed where it came from, it's been adopted as a badge of honor among her fanbase.
  • "Scoo." In Ace Attorney Investigations 2, Lotta Hart almost reveals to Edgeworth that she has a big scoop before deciding against it and cutting herself off just before the end of the word, to which Edgeworth reacts, "Your 'scoo'?" Lucah being Lucah, she instantly adopted "scoo" as a euphemism for semen and her viewers quickly followed suit.
  • "My Balls had its energy drained!"^note During her Pokémon Platinum Let's Play, her Ponyta named My Balls was hit by a Drain Punch from an enemy Lucario, leading to the aforementioned message. The phrase quickly caught on for obvious reasons, and even found success outside of her fandom as an image macro.
• Sweet Dreams Fuel: The entire concept of her Relaxajin channel. She plays more light-hearted and meditative games, speaks in a more soothing tone and the videos were made to help viewers relax.
• The Woobie: MyBalls Horse in the Sims. She a tendency to become both exhausted and lacking exercise due to constantly being awoken by the sims, usually Chuggaa or Pcull. After a while the real Lucah has to resort to using cheats to break her out of the loop.
