YMMV / Lighter Than Heir

• Designated Hero: Zeppelin isn't well-liked among the fans (or her squad, for that matter, so it's intentional). She's jingoistic, elitist, and entirely insufferable, rubbing her ability to fly in everyone's faces constantly. She's slowly (emphasis on slowly) growing out of this. Her cast profile even lampshades it by putting "protagonist" in sarcasm quotes.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • Dr. Villabolos captures Zeppelin alive, and proceeds to vivisect her for her volant research. Although she survives, and we don't see the actual process, we do see the aftermath, and it is horrifying. Shortly afterward, we see Zeppelin find her father's emaciated, vivisected corpse, combining this with Tear Jerker. Seeing what Villabolos did to him is horrifying, and the fact that she is willing to do this to anyone who crosses her makes her absolutely terrifying.
  • The scene where Zeppelin kills someone by forcing their head underwater and crushing their skull in her hands, turning the water red with blood.
  • The scene where the Boyarov Military go around shooting and killing civilian children.
• Tearjerker: Zeppelin's intermittent panic attacks after seeing her dead, vivisected father. While she's trying to cope, and is even (slowly) improving her horrendous personality, she keeps hiding her damage, which just makes her mental situation worse and worse.
