Archive Panic: As noted above, the intense update schedule made an archive over 1100 pages long in a relatively short time.
Moral Event Horizon: Veithel thinks she is past it because of the means she used to locate her father.
Villain Decay: In a sense. Juar appears really scary and mysterious at first, and tries to manipulate Faevv to his ends. As we get to know him better, he shows his funny and idealistic sides, becoming sympathetic to the point when you can even stop considering him a villain. The fact that we are shown Meidar’s less-than-nice side helps this process too.
