• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment:
  • At the very start of the game, there's this place named, "Hot Spring" to the right of your storage shed. Inside, there's a shovel. If you dig everywhere you can in the place and you get water the next day your partner will ask if you built the hot springs. Your character says they didn't, and the spontaneous creation of it is never mentioned again. Just by digging around a bit this magically happened overnight. Free shovel!
  • On Spring 29, Year 1 if you have a pet cat you will realize that it's been stolen. You must talk around the village to see who took your pet. No matter what, even if you didn't find the culprit (who by the way is Kate, the only one who knew your pet was a cat) nothing good or bad comes out of this.
• Good Bad Bugs: There's this glitch where when shipping you can give more items than you actually have.
• Strangled by the Red String: Hoping to marry a Tsundere boy who is just such a softie? A Cute Bookworm who is really shy? Nope! There's only the other main character who is available for marriage.
• The Woobie: Marla. She's a lonely mermaid who sends out bottles to sea hoping that people will reply. She's waiting for her lover, who has a twin brother that was in love with Marla too. The twin killed her lover, but she doesn't know this and still waits in a far-off cave...
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Daisy looks tomboyish so many fans don't realize she's a girl at first.
