YMMV: Girlchan in Paradise!!
  • Anti-Climax: Parodied with the fight between Kenstar and Yusuke, consisting of them just trading barbs while getting ready to fight, until Kotobaru-san-sama asks them when they're going to just fight already.
  • Big Lipped Alligator Moment: Girl-chan's response to Swirly Glasses in Episode 1.
  • Even Better Sequel: The second episode is much longer and of better quality. The third is even longer, and drawn in greater detail.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight/Harsher in Hindsight: Depending on how one looks at it, Episode 3. After the Green Guy goes kamikaze on Maytag, gets into an argument with Kenstar over his character dying, and learns that there will be a flashback (... in Episode 23), he exasperatedly remarks "That's it?! That's, like, three months from now!" It's been four years and we haven't even received a fourth episode, let alone a twenty-third one.
  • Memetic Mutation:
    • "WHAAAAAAAAT is this place?".
    • "THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING!", especially in Wha-Chow.
    • "Thaaaaaat X"
  • Nightmare Fuel:
    • Girl-chan herself.
    • "Mother... MOOOOTHEEEERR!!!! AAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHH!!!!" - cut to credits.
  • The Scrappy: Girl-chan seems to be an in-universe example (except for Swirly Glasses.)
  • The Untwist: Yusuke being a Captain/Bushido Blaster is this both in and out-of-universe. His face is clearly seen in the wall of scribbles that's supposed to be the Bushido Blaster's portraits, and when he reveals himself, nobody's surprised except Green Guy (and Kenstar reacts more with mild annoyance.)
  • Villain Decay: While Galaticamaru never really did anything but smash walls and call the heroes puny, he is revealed to be very small himself and gets defeated by Yusuke.
