They Changed It, Now It Sucks - Revenant Wings is totally different from FFXII. Its an RTS, the storyline is classic RPG fair that focuses upon Vaan and not the adults, few locations return from the original, and most of the plot and events have nothing at all to do with what happened before. Ironically its a sequel to a game that got this exact same response.
