• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Chapter 19/Episode 9's "Snowy Night", in an odd way. The staff are busy with a big sale when G-Man suddenly rides up to their store. They think she's there for a surprise inspection, but as it turns out she recently confiscated some books and they're about to be destroyed, so she brought them to their store in hopes that the books would find new homes. They hold an impromptu giveaway and manage to hand out all the books.
  • Episode 11's "Starting Young" is about Sommelier and G-man's interactions in their childhood and at some point one gives the other a book that has a profound impact on them. Fast forward to their adulthood, and we see that the still have that book with them, even after all those years.
• Tear Jerker:
  • The end of Chapter 15/first half of episode 7. Tsumorin is lamenting with Director about the old days when he mentions there's someone he likes. Tsumorin then cries into his lap, and what's more, Hio-tan is standing just outside, having presumably heard the whole thing, too frozen to do anything else.
  • The end of Episode 10. Tsumorin, after spending the episode helping the others with their love problems, admits to herself that she was acting out of self-interest. But she hopes that this will finally help her move on from Director, quietly weeping all the while.
