Magnificent Bastard: Wilson went from an anonymous street thug to rich ruler of Chinatown through a series of decisive and cunning actions. First he gunned down the entire Tong leadership during the chaos of the initial invasion. Then he captured a fortune in gold bullion to secure his powerbase. Even when the Delgado Nation comes crashing down on him to steal his gold, Wilson fools them into accepting only a portion of his fortune and neutralizing the threat.
Moral Event Horizon: In-story, Day 204 was this for the United States. Soldiers and probably the US government were starting to feel good about their ability to beat the Free State Army after halting their attempts to take New York. Then a squad with itchy trigger fingers gun down nearly 200 peace protesters and all the momentum and moral superiority is gone in an instant.
