- Cliché Storm: Parodied in the fourth dungeon, which has the party going from a generic RPG town to rescue a maiden (who happens to be Emmy) from a dragon.
- That One Boss: Hope you've been beefing up all the combat-capable settlers' attack and defense stats (even Jean,) because if you haven't, the bosses they'll have to fight solo in the final dungeon will wipe the floor with them.
