Harsher in Hindsight: Agent Burroughs tells O'Neill that Hanssen gave the Russians the Continuity of Government Program, which details where the President, Vice-President, etc would be taken in the event of a nuclear or terrorist attack. Several months after Hanssen's arrest, the 9/11 attacks occurred. The realization that one of our archenemies (even at best, US-Russia relations have been cool) had such pertinent information, even if alternate plans were made in light of realization of the leak, is bone-chilling.
