* EnsembleDarkhorse:
** Considering he only appeared from Episode 9 onwards, [[FishPeople Zed O'Brien]] seems to be quite popular, thanks to his hilarious rivalry with Zapp and his massive dorkiness.
** Despite being a CanonForeigner, White's popular for her fun character and in-depth relationship with Leonardo.

** Femt and Black barely appear in Season 2 of the anime, despite being regular characters in Season 1. Aligula is completely absent outside of the OP, which also shows a figure resembling White making her way through the crowd at Femt's carnival.

** Dr. Luciana Estavez is introduced as a potential addition to Libra, having a unique power complete with [[CallingYourAttacks Calling Her Attacks]] in [[AltumVidetur Latin]] to reflect their medical training... and they participate in all of one fight scene in all of Season 2, and have maybe three or four lines of dialog in the season outside of their introductory episode.

* GeniusBonus / BilingualBonus: The entrance of Libra's hideout has the Chinese character 福 (read: fú; translation: fortune) written upside-down. In Eastern culture, having the said letter written upside-down on a door or the entrance of a house means welcoming good fortune.
** 五里霧中, which appears on a sign [[FreezeFrameBonus momentarily]] at the start of episode 12, means "to lose one's bearings" or "in a fog" in Japanese and Chinese. The focus of the dialogue right after the sign is shown is about how the fog barrier is inpenetrable and Leo has lost his bearings at the time the sign appears.
* EnsembleDarkhorse: Considering he only appeared from Episode 9 onwards, [[FishPeople Zed O'Brien]] seems to be quite popular, thanks to his hilarious rivalry with Zapp and his massive dorkiness.

** Let's not forget [[Creator/KazuyaNakai Hijikata]] is inheriting Gintoki's characteristics. Bonus points for awesomeness.
** Even [[Creator/RikiyaKoyama Neptune Shoukaku]] is now the main character and still awesome as ever.

* UglyCute: Sonic. His big, bulbous eyes and oblong head are kind of cute, in an ugly way.
