• Anti-Climax Boss: Albert himself. He poses a mild threat to players that are completely fresh, but any Sole Survivor over level 5 or with the right perks and weapons will wipe the floor with him. This does make sense though, as the real Albert committed suicide and was replaced by a less skilled synth double.
• Game-Breaker: You are awarded a truly staggering amount of chems and building supplies for finishing the mod, and everything except the building material will eventually respawn for you to return and collect repeatedly.
• Narm: While it's not a major example, the differences in tone and grammar between the documents based on writings from real-life serial killers and the entries written entirely by the mod's author are readily noticeable and a bit jarring.
• Nightmare Fuel: The mod is absolutely dripping with it. From the first moment you walk into the house and see mutilated bodies and eating utensils scattered about alongside cryptic and graphic notes you know exactly what kind of experience you'll be in for...
• Player Punch: You have no choice but to kill Albert’s cat, as he drops a key needed to proceed.
