Western Animation: Tupu

Norton and Tupu.

Tupu (aka Toupou, 2004-2005) is a French/Canadian animated series by Xilam about a girl who lives in Central Park. She is friends with the Mayor's son, Norton Gordon, and has a pet squirrel, Whatsup. She is constantly chased by the park caretaker, Shoobz, who lives with his mom.

Tropes:

Does Not Like Shoes: Due to the fact of her being a Squirrel Girl, Tupu virtually never wears shoes.
Dogs Are Dumb: Shoobz' dog, Dandruff.
Drives Like Crazy: Mrs. Divot, Nortons chauffeur.
Everything's Nuttier With Squirrels: Whatsup/Crapule.
Feral Child: Tupu. Although she's a lot more civil than other examples.
Foot Focus: The series logo is Tupu's bare footprint.
