From the Jetsons' perspective, the events of "Future Shocked" take place before the events of "The Toys From Tomorrow".
In "Future Shocked", time machines aren't commonplace and George made it quite clear when Fred expected him to have one since they're in the future. In "The Toys From Tomorrow", there's a company that makes time machines. At some point between the two stories, Mr. Spacely must have sold the prehistoric machine to Parsley, Sage and Rosemary after giving up on how to fully operate it and demoted George from vice presidency for failing at that part. Elroy also did some research on his friends from the past and that's how he'd know the Laff-A-Lympics and figure out when in the past the time machine from that story sent him. No other character from his time was ever hinted to know about those games. Future crossovers
