* If they don't, then her death will likely be stopped by either Joyce and/or Lucy, the former due to going to see her but finding her in such a state, the latter after seeing her spiraling and deciding to alert Walky despite their now rocky relationship. This could cause Jennifer to be pulled out of school thinking its not a safe environment for her, or become a HappilyBungledSuicide and result in her turning her life around for the better.

Despite putting up an arrogant front, its made abundantly clear Jennifer is still the same deeply insecure and broken woman that Billie was, and not that Asher is having an affair with Ethan and growing tired of her treating him poorly, he's likely gonna break up with her. She'll then learn that Raidah was never her friend, but had just used her to get revenge on Sarah and Joyce, and only kept her around for her "social networking" with Asher. She'll think she has no one at that point, having drove away her old friends, no longer being in a relationship with Ruth, and end up hitting rock bottom in a downward spiral. In a dark parallel to Ruth trying to kill herself pre-{{timeskip}}, Jennifer will do the same, thinking that no one wants her and she just drove everyone away. Whether she succeeds ultimately depends on if Willis is willing to actually go through with killing her.

* If they do, then her death will have lasting repercussions on the narrative. Walky with have lost someone he considered a sister, Joyce will have lost someone she still considered important to her, Dorothy and Sarah may feel regret for their treatment of her and trying to keep her from Joyce, and Ruth will likely breakdown. This would also be what ends up screwing Raidah over, since people could tie her back to Jennifer's breakdown and death.
* If they don't, then her death will likely be stopped by either Joyce and/or Lucy, the former due to going to see her but finding her in such a state, the latter after seeing her spiraling and deciding to alert Walky despite their now rocky relationship. The last time Jacob was seen was in the first semester, and even in the Ethan-centered Patreon strip set in the second semester, where he's asked by his roommate if he's going to class, the speech bubble is conveniently placed so we don't see who says it. It would be reasonable to assume that Ethan has a new roommate but why would he or Jacob ask to be transferred? The most logical explanation is Jacob is no longer enrolled at IU. It's very possible he transferred to another school entirely to get away from Raidah/Sarah/Joyce, but there's also the possibility that this Jacob has the same addictive personality as his Shortpacked counterpart, and fell into an addiction.

It was hinted in 'This Was Halloween' that it ''isn't'' her new stepfather who's funding her schooling, so there's two ideas it might be: 1) Mike's parents, as a sort of last legacy of Mike's or 2) if Blaine wasn't legally married to Yuri and he really isn't Faz's biological father, the law would default to Amber as his heir, so she inherited what money he had. I prefer the latter really, cause a) it'd be a fitting bit of {{Irony}} that Blaine is still funding her schooling, the very thing he was trying to prevent, and b) it'd be a way to bring Yuri and Faz back into the storyline, if they felt cheated and might try to take it out on Amber. (Ok Faz might not care, but Yuri sure would.)

* Actually, this could work even if Faz is Blaine's biological son and/or Yuri was legally married to Blaine, cause they'd split the inheritance and Yuri would feel entitled to all of it.

Eventually, the angst of things feeling meaningless will get to her, and she'll seek out Buddist or Pagan spiritual teachings to help with that, reasoning that there could be something in these other traditions; no idea if it'll stick or not though.

She'd no doubt want to ignore that Joyce 'wasn't normal', and as for the latter, well, only ''sluts'' take birth control, so Joyce wasn't going to take that. (Wouldn't be shocked if there was some hypocrisy involved in the latter either, given how Carol's been hypocritical before.)

Linda found out Amber's still enrolled, and also finds out there's no way to get Amber kicked out because Amber didn't do anything wrong (that the university knows about) and she's funded by a rich doctor (who knows, maybe Richard is an alumni too, and you know how much universities hate pissing off alumni). THEN she finds out Walky's dating her. Maybe she threatened to cut him off if he didn't dump her.

From what we can see, Amber's losing her grip on reality, to the point that she just shifts into Amazi-Girl automatically. All it will take is just one final push to send over the edge. Not a big push, but something small like learning Walky and Sal are siblings, her dad piecing things together and setting the cops on her for assault, or some thug that prepared for her. It won't even end with a final fight with Sal: just Amber being subdued and carted off as she raves like a lunatic. And just to add insult to injury, her dad will play the whole thing for sympathy. He'll be saying to the media how the convenience store holdup and his attempts to "toughen her up" have turned his little angel into a monster, and he'll be completely accurate; no one will buy that he's abusive because the only ones who know are Amber or people that have an interest in keeping Amber out of jail. And to makes things worse, her friends are going to get hit with RealityEnsues: Dorothy will never get into Yale because she covered for Amber a while back, Danny and Ethan will become targets for whoever Amazi-Girl beat up, and her friends in general will become pariahs. The only silver lining to the whole thing will be that Sal and Joyce's families will see this and pay better attention to their daughters.
