* In addition, the end of the Light Saga shows the "errors" in the Balborian continent being corrected as the citizenry comes to life just as the portal between Balboria and the real world begins to close. What purpose would that serve if the world would just be "erased" anyway? In fact, it's more than possible that the Memory Collector let the world of Dengeki Stryker become "real" on purpose, so that he'd have more potential clients in the future.

* As revealed in the Sky Saga, Colonel Mirror actually has a tragic backstory, and was simply conditioned into a remorseless killer by the Balborian Empire. And yet despite this, when Mirror confronts Yuuki's father in the Zero Saga, Yuuki's father claims that he meant for Mirror to be a wholly unsympathetic character, to the point of being glad that he's going to die in a few months. While it's possible that he planned for Mirror to have a sympathetic backstory at one point and simply forgot, it's also possible that Mirror's backstory is based on Kid!Yamato's impression of Mirror, and the Memory Collector simply extrapolated what the "real" colonel Mirror would be like from there when creating him.
