Baron Zemo will be impersonating Winter Soldier in the Thunderbolts comic
The team we see has most of it's members from Zemo's original team and are on his current attack the prison squad. Kobic's power allows her to alter identities and how people are perceived. Zemo is still mad at Bucky. He will secretly take over as Winter Solider and lead the new Thunderbolts team.- Appears Jossed, unless Kobik is more tricky then one thought.
