Video Game: Llamatron
Llamatron is a multi-directional shooter computer game written by Jeff Minter of Llamasoft, and released as shareware in 1991 for the Atari ST. The game was converted to the Commodore Amiga and PC (DOS) the following year. It is very similar in gameplay to the 1982 arcade game Robotron: 2084, although filtered through Jeff Minter's distinctive style. The title screen gives the title as Llamatron: 2112.

This Video Game contains examples of:

  • Gotta Kill Them All: Every level requires you to kill all the enemies on the screen.
  • Scoring Points: You get points for killing enemies and rescuing creatures.
  • What Do You Mean, It Wasn't Made on Drugs?: Considering that this game has you play as a bullet-shooting llama, rescuing animals, and having you shoot enemies like cheeseburgers, people's heads, and zombie brains, you might ask that very question!
