Hey, look, somebody apparently finds me interesting. I'm a
Brilliant, but Lazy (emphasis on the "lazy") college-age kid living in the District of Columbia area. When I'm not browsing
TV Tropes, I'm probably watching some show or reading some book to which
TV Tropes directed me. That, or I'm listening to a
Podiobook
, which is apparently pretty rare around here, because after I finish this page, I'm going to make the
Podiobooks page, and the pages for some of the more popular/my favorite Podiobooks. Yes, I am doing a little unpaid advertising. Why do you ask?
The name was originally my
Battlefield 2 handle, and has since grown into a general-purpose screen name.
Some other things you might want to know or might find interesting: I don't ever
Ship. I enjoy absorbing
Future Slang from my favorite works; "
gorram" and "
frak," among others, are part of my everyday vocabulary. I am a
Splitter by nature. I write Japanese names with the given name first. I generally
prefer my anime dubbed, unless the dub is really horrible. (I'm looking at
you,
Kanon.) I also must confess that I am somewhat prone to
Natter, although I have recognized my problem and am taking steps to correct it. Also, if you haven't noticed by now, I'm something of a
Deadpan Snarker.
