Otherwise known as The Lone Moogle. Currently operates a Fan Translation blog, though has thus far released only one complete patch, with more in the works. (He's called the Lone Moogle because his projects are all solo efforts, so that anything is released at all is nothing short of a miracle.) Also needs to update more.
