Flameblight is a Ninja Editor and a Spoiler Hound and is the one who launched the Self Destructive Charge article. Is prone to Cloudcuckoolander Musings and a big fan of the Disgaea series and most anything from Nippon Ichi.
Some Tropes that can be associated with me include:
- The Abridged Series: A big fan of these.
- Animals Hate Him: Most dogs and other pet animals I've met seem to dislike me if I don't personally own them, with one exception: cats.
- Berserk Button: Fake Difficulty and Goddamn Bats. Especially Geodude and Bidoof, though strangely not Zubat anymore.
- Buffy Speak: When my vocabulary isn't up to the task, I improvise.
- Character Alignment: Probably closest to Neutral Good unexpectedly. I tend to want to help people if I think I can, regardless of personal feelings on the person.
- Covert Pervert: When I'm not focused on something, this is about 1/3rd of what occupies my mind. The rest being Musings or Shipping thoughts. They often mix together.
- Cross Player: Though I try to keep it even if I can.
- Cuteness Proximity: Have this around dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets.
- Ensemble Darkhorse: Personal ones are Lelouch, Makie, Kotaro, Collete, Laharl, Kurtis, Axel, and GARY
MOTHERFUCKING OAK! There are probably more.
- Evil Laugh: I have cultivated one over the years.
- Fetish Fuel: I am more likely to harbor a Perverse Sexual Lust or Perverse Asexual Cuddlelust for anime/video game girls with pink hair, Cute Monster Girls, Moe Anthropomorphs, and Petting Zoo People.
- Fluffy the Terrible: I have a Gyarados named "Hime" or "Princess".
- Guilty Pleasures: Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Shipping. Though I avoid Ship-to-Ship Combat as a rule.
- Jerkass Gods: I am commonly this in games like The Sims.
- Loners Are Freaks: was an example of one. Stopped being one because...
- Love Redeems.
- Megane: I tend to flip-flop between Stoic Spectacles and Meganekko depending on who I'm talking to.
- Nightmare Fetishist: Though not to the point of it converting to Fetish Fuel, it's usually either amusing, awesome, or just "meh" for me. Though some Nightmare Fuel does still get me.
- Memetic Mutation: A big fan of these.
- Perverse Asexual Cuddlelust: In particular for Ammy, Ahiru, Sakura, Flonne, Prinnies, Nunnally Lamperouge, Tachikomas, Meyrin Hawke, Izumi Ako, Shiori, Collete Farandole, Kohane, Maru, Moro, and Tsurara. They're just adorable. There are probably more.
- Perverse Sexual Lust: Sasaki Makie, Collete Farandole, and Ku Fei, Lacus Clyne, Feldt Grace, Kallen Stadtfeld, C.C., Suzu, Machi, Aiko, and Liru.
- Sliding Scale of Idealism Versus Cynicism: On the Cynicism side when I was younger, slightly more on the Idealism side now.
- Videogame Caring Potential: I tend to do everything in my power to keep characters I become attached to safe, including Save Scumming, especially in Fire Emblem games. I will also, rarely, behave like this on The Sims. Particularly to sims I make myself.
- Videogame Cruelty Potential: I WILL take advantage of this in most games assuming the character it applies to doesn't trigger the above. I will usually behave like this in The Sims, especially to the sims that already come with the town.
- Wangst: Not a big fan of this.
