An elite force of Internet badasses who band together to fight evil and be generally obnoxious all the time!

The Dorp Squad has the following tropes:

  • Abusive Parent: Dogss's dad. Not so much to Dogss, but to the rest of Dorp.
    • If he ever gets his hands on the Nefarious Torque or Mewd, well...
  • Action Girl: MGAW.
  • Alliterative Name: Blue Boo
  • Badass Normal: Homie is probably the farthest thing from an Internet weirdo, but still decides to hang around on occasion.
  • Blowing a Raspberry: Dogss, to Mewd, much to his chagrin.
  • Butt-Monkey: Every single character in different situations, it varies depending on the day. MGAW and Mewd probably get it the most often though.
  • Camp Gay: A few characters show moments of this, though Blue is the only one who shows off his Camp Gay consistently.
  • The Dark Side: Appropriately named the Bad Guys. Consists of Pro ZD, Cherri, Siro, Torte, and formerly Wilco.
  • Designated Hero: Blue almost always winds up getting cast as lead protagonists, whether he likes it or not.
  • Drinking Game: Employed a few times during games. A Borderlands drinking game based on Wiggy falling behind, a drinking game based on MGAW's friend saying missiles way too many times, one between Reno, Siro and Wilco during Left 4 Dead that lead to too many shots due to too many misteps involving Boomers.
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Panzer, despite disappearing early in the series to co-star in the failed Spinoff.
  • Everythings Better With Penguins: Wilco's town is CALLED Penguin. And Australia has penguins!
  • Extremely Dusty Home: Siro's house. PILES ON PILES OF RATS
  • Fake Band: The Fold-Me-Ups.
    • And let's not forget the Shark Ants!
  • The Force: The Fun Bunchers! Consists of Mewd, Wiggy, Dogss, and, for some reason, Blue.
  • Greasy Spoon: The Contents of Chocolate M&Ms.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Siro.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: Siro and Wiggy, despite the fact that Wiggy isn't exactly heterosexual.
  • Ho Yay: Wilco and Frost are often seen as this. Also Ryanoshi and Mewd before the former was Put on a Bus.
    • Wilco seems to attract this in general. "Mewd has the most glorious moans!"
  • I Was Never Here: Every Ryanoshi incident.
  • Karma Houdini: Wilco. Torte and Pro ZD are ALWAYS to blame.
  • Leitmotif: Occasionally Blue composes short, horrendous theme tunes that represent members of Dorp. Often the music itself is an obnoxious imitation of their speaking patterns.
  • Limited Wardrobe: It doesn't matter what trip or meeting, Siro always seems to be wearing that god damned lei. Even if it's not there initially, it WILL show up in photographs.
  • Master of None: Blue does EVERYTHING.
  • Monster Clown: Siro in a bad mood.
  • Never Live It Down: Mewd's infamous video of him and Dogss arm wrestling. Possibly the most-quoted occurence in all of Dorp, and that's saying something.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: What Wiggy occassionally seems to be due to his obliviousness and passive aggressive tendencies. Dogss is convinced he's this.
  • Sdrawkcab Name: Nevets Koopa.
    • During the trolling of Lemmy's Lands forums, Pro ZD switched his name from Mr. Shmallow to Mr. Wollamhs. Nobody noticed.
  • Shades of Conflict: The Funbunchers, The Bad Guys...and Wilco and Reno just hanging around.
  • Sexy Man, Instant Harem: Siro and his THOUSAND GIRLFRIENDS.
  • Suicide as Comedy: TWENTY TYLENOL
  • Trainwreck Episode: Most episodes involving MGAW as the central plotline.
  • Troll Bridge: That goddamn Pacific Ocean, the source of most of Wilco's problems.
  • Villain by Default: Izzy!
