This is a TV Tropes user page. If you wanted the page for the Marvel Comics character I named myself after, you can find it here.

Describe? like in detail?
I'm some random guy from Rhode Island. And I edit
The Other Wiki using the same name
(i'm semi-retired now) as i'm not very creative with usernames.
I'm not an actual doctor, either. Trust me,
some people on Wikipedia have asked if I was one, oblivious to the reference to
The Sorcerer Supreme.
I've been on TV Tropes since at least late 2008. I think maybe late Autumn, I'm not really sure. I was almost certainly on here before New Year's Day 2009. But before that? A blurry blur. I don't remember what chain of links brought me to this site, either (but it was most likely via StumbleUpon).
I consider myself to be an average, nondescript troper, but apparently I unintentionally coined
Edit Tip #1 in
this famous forum thread I started
about the disappearance of indents. You see, I mentioned that without indents, some
Troper Tales page looked as if similar stories were all written by the same person, as many people indent similar stories after an initial story. Fast Eddie
thought I meant the actual articles, but since he knows more than me, I decided "
Eh, who cares if I was misinterpreted, he has a point" (about the articles seeming as if they're written by one person, not the
Troper Tales. It's a sentiment that cuts down on natter).
Aren't you glad you asked?.
You might also know me as Wyachi
* Its a reference to the various Whyachi robots on
Battlebots, which means yes, I accidentally misspelled it and i'm now stuck with it
on the
That Guy With The Glasses forums and in the Mibbit chat for
Radio Dead Air (and, on occasion, the chat for
Jesu Otaku's livestream. Also,
Lord Kat's livestream on Tuesdays).

My favorite pages on TV Tropes are
Cowboy BeBop At His Computer,
Real Life Writes the Plot subpages,
What Could Have Been and
Aluminum Christmas Trees, and i'm also quite keen on the whole range of
Did Not Do the Research tropes (including
Artistic License - Indexes) and the
Useful Notes pages. So as you might imagine, I quite like
Trivia pages.
