Tropers: Canadian Chibi Vampyre

Hi, TV Tropes! My name is Erin; I'm 17 years old and an aspiring author/librarian living in British Columbia, Canada. Not sure what else to say about myself... I'm a little shy and kind of socially awkward (yes, even on the internet, which is pretty depressing), but I try to be nice to everyone I meet. Once I have the time, I'll edit this profile more (and maybe participate in the forum discussions, too. :D)
Also, as of June 17, Friday, 2011, I am a proud graduated high school student! =) Real world, here I come... <3
Tropes that apply to me:
- Apologises a Lot: Not as much as I used to; usually I do it just for humour.
- Bi the Way: And not really interested in a relationship right now (though some people think I'm asexual because of it. I'm not.)
- Blind Without 'Em
- Bookworm
- Cat Girl: I was one for Halloween; every now and then I still dress as one just for the hell of it. I love catgirls in general, though, so there's some Author Appeal in that.
- Cloudcuckoolander: I have my moments...
- The Conscience: I try to act as one when I'm around my more...wild-ish friends. xD
- Dandere: This whole trope defines me!
- Ditzy Genius
- Do I Really Sound Like That?: HATE my voice. A lot. Kinda squeaky at times and high-pitched when I'm nervous.
- Embarrassing Nickname: It used to be 'Midget', but thankfully nobody calls me that anymore. It's Chibi now, but I much prefer it.
- Even the Girls Want Her: I've had two (straight, as far as I know) friends who said they would date me if they were gay, or a guy.
- Fag Hag
- Forgets To Eat: If I get extremely stressed out/depressed.
- Fragile Flower: Again, when I'm really down in the dumps.
- Geek Physiques: I'm in terrible shape—I'm kinda frail and fragile. I suffered from anorexia—the thought disorder, not anorexia nervosa—during grade 11 and the summer beforehand, which made it even worse. Once it's summertime, though, I will definitely be more out and about.
- Guilt Complex: It's quite easy to guilt-trip me. Dunno if it's part of being Catholic or not.
- Guilty Pleasures: I have many of them, but really, who doesn't?
- Hates Being Touched: Unless it's being hugged, or getting a back massage (from someone I know and trust, that is). But if you repeatedly grap, poke, grope, do whatever to me, I can react aggressively.
- Hazel Eyes
- Headbutt of Love: With my kitty, Night. :D He's a huge suck-up. <3
- Incompatible Orientation: As any LGBT would relate to.
- Inelegant Blubbering
- Intergenerational Friendship: With at least three of my teachers.
- Kinsey Scale of Tropes: I'm usually a 40 or 50.
- Literal-Minded: Usually to amuse my friends, but every now and then I have my moments. XD;;;
- Love Makes You Dumb: Herp derp.
- Luminescent Blush: VERY prone to this, even at random. It's a little embarrassing at times.

- Misery Builds Character: I hate to think so, but it might be true for me. I still would NOT go through any of it, though.
- Most Writers Are Human: I find it easier to write about humans (with at least a few supernatural abilities, like telepathy) than something totally inhuman.
- Nakama: They mean the world to me.

- No Sense of Direction
- Older than They Look: I'm 17, but I can pass off as 14 or even younger, apparently.
- Pacifist: Fights make me sick. Yelling makes me want to flee the room. In short, I hate conflict, though I do realize I have to deal with it since it's a part of life. But having lived with an emotionally/verbally abusive father didn't help at all.
- Eerie Pale-Skinned Brunette: Gonna get a (natural) tan this summer, I hope!
- Performance Anxiety
- Picked Last: Happened sometimes when I took P.E., or at least being second to last. I'm not in P.E. at all anymore, though, so I don't have to worry about that anymore. :D
- Plucky Girl: I've been bullied A LOT when I was younger, but I found strength in the new friends I made in high school. I am honestly amazed at my resilience!
- Psychological Horror: One of my favourite genres.
- Quizzical Tilt: Prone to this. xDD;;
- Short-Haired Hottie: I'm thinking about growing it again, though.
- Snow Means Love: I dated my first boyfriend during the wintertime. Not together anymore, but I still think snow can be romantic.
- Speech Impediment: I still have trouble with my 'r's sometimes, and the occassional stutter.
- Squee: Yesh.
- Strange Girl: Definitely. XD When I'm not being quiet and cute, or being a good student, I'm morbid and freak out my friends. For the Evulz. >D
- Teens are Short: I'm only 5'0... Maybe even shorter.
- Trademark Favourite Food: Cheese. Even my friends joke about it.
- Uke: And not just in romantic relationships. I'm trying to be more assertive in general, anyway.
- The Unpronounceable: My last name.
- Verbal Tic: "And, um, well..."
- When She Smiles: I was surprised to find out lots of people like my smile.
