- He Also Did: If those commercials and Toof’s origin film look familiar to you, it’s because they were animated by Dan Paladin, the person who would go on to create Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: The game has yet to see any sort of re-release, despite being one of the first games to support Xbox Live. This is possibly the reason why it was never re-released.
- The game is backward compatible on the Xbox 360; however, as of 2010, Xbox Live for the original Xbox was discontinued, ending support for online play of all Xbox titles, including Whacked!.
- Saved from Development Hell: The idea for the game was conceived in the mid-90's before Microsoft finally greenlit it for the Xbox.
- What Could Have Been: The original concept had a lighter and cartoonier tone similar to Looney Tunes with the music reflecting it, But over time, the game's tone shifted to the darker and edgier tone to appeal to an older and wider audience.
- The character that became Eugene went through the most changes because the team found Envy to be the hardest sin to create a likable character for. The early concept art shows a green elderly lady named Evil Spinster, and another is a literal green-eyed monster with disproportionate features, and this one shows a midget basketball player with long robotic legs.
- Presto Studios considered making two spin-offs titled "Whacked Kart" and "Toof's Big Day", but Whacked! didn't prove to be licensable enough.
- Working Title: "Boing" in its lighter and cartoonier stage, and "Big Toe" when it was first conceived.
