Trivia / Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Go To

  • This game marks the first time Naughty Dog made a fifth game in one of their series; others either never made it past the first installment or were handed to other developers after the fourth one.
  • Fake Mixed Race: This game reveals that Chloe Frazer is Indian-Australian. Claudia Black is Jewish Australian.
  • Fake Nationality: Pakistani-American Usman Ally as Indian Asav. Also white American Laura Bailey, reprising her role as black South African Nadine Ross. Averted for Chloe Frazer — this time, her motion capture artist is a Chinese-American actress, but she's still voiced by authentic Australian Claudia Black. And English (albeit raised in South Africa) actor Gideon Emery as South African Orca.
  • Role Reprise: Claudia Black reprises her role as Chloe Frazer for the first time since 2011's Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • Originally the game was just going to be bonus DLC for A Thief's End but developers decided to instead make it a stand alone game.
    • Back when the game was being developed there was a lot of discussion of who it should be about. Sully and Sam were discussed but vetoed as Sully was too old and an adventure set decades in the past would have been tricky while the mixed reaction to Sam made them unsure if players would want him as the main character. Also discussed was Cassie, Nate and Elena's daughter seen in the epilogue of A Thief's End. That was turned down as A) the developers thought she would be seen too much like Lara Croft B) having Cassie suddenly an adult gunning down enemies seemed wrong and C) Nate and Elena wouldn't want their daughter following that life. They thus realized Chloe was the best bet.
