    • Gay Hartwig voices Betty Rubble, Wiggy Rockstone and Cindy Curbstone.

  • Follow the Leader: This show offers itself as a spinoff to The Flintstones with a now younger cast. However while one can note the characters are designed more in a You Meddling Kids tone, this show still very much kept the more sitcom-based plot lines. Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm wouldn't get into meddling until a later series. Several other series produced by Hanna-Barbera would also utilize sitcom plots but the more teen cast throughout the seventies.
  • The Other Darrin:
    • Gay Hartwig voices Betty in this series, and would go on to play her in other productions prior to The Jetsons Meet the Flintstones.note 
    • Sally Struthers voices Pebbles instead of Jean Vander Pyl.
    • Jay North plays Bamm-Bamm Rubble instead of Don Messick.
  • Role Reprise:
    • Returning from The Flintstones are Alan Reed as Fred Flintstone, Mel Blanc as Barney Rubble, Jean Vander Pyl as Wilma Flintstone and John Stephenson as Mr. Slate.
    • In the Latin American Spanish dub, Jorge Arvizu, Rita Rey and Maruja Sen reprise their roles as Fred Flintstone, Wilma Flintstone and Betty Rubble, respectively.
  • You Sound Familiar: Don Messick, who voiced Schleprock, previously appeared in The Flintstones as the younger Bamm-Bamm Rubble.
