the list. - Written-In Infirmity: Inverted with Harvey. The actor David Krumholtz filmed the first season while suffering from weight gain due to thyroid problems. Between seasons, he managed to drop almost 100 lbs, so the show acknowledges his physical transformation by giving him a girlfriend who forced him to diet. He gripes about the food she gives him but is also heard bragging about his weight loss.
