* HeyItsThatGuy
** Matthew Lawrence went from playing Sam to playing Jack on Series/BoyMeetsWorld.
** And Amp's actor played Jerry Steiner in Series/ParkerLewisCantLose. And he's now an attorney in Southern California. Who'd a thunk it?
* HeyItsThatVoice
** I believe we mentioned Creator/TimCurry.
** And his second-in-command, Neil Rossbetter known as Springer and Slag from WesternAnimation/TheTransformers.
** Kath Soucie voices Sam's unseen little sister.
* NamesTheSame: The show's production coordinator's name? Creator/MichaelMoore!
* NoBudget: And boy did it show.
* OldShame: According to Glen Beaudin, Troy Slaten (Amp) hated his time on the show.
* TechnologyMarchesOn
** Kilokahn boasts processing speed of 400 megahertz.
** More or less the whole show basically. The series made considerable use of floppy disks for important information.
* UnintentionalPeriodPiece: See TechnologyMarchesOn. Anything that involves real-world computers is going to run right into this. Even though the computer is turned into a supercomputer by the Servo program, everything we see onscreen still looks pretty darn primitive when it isn't digital world battle footage. Also, Sydney's outfits, especially her Series/Blossom-style hats, are vintage-early 1990s and look positively quaint by today's standards. And the hairstyles looked outdated five years later; we were on the tail end of EightiesHair.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: As mentioned under HeroicSacrifice in the main article, the original ending for Kilokhan Comes To Town (meant to be the GrandFinale before they found out they weren't getting canceled) was to replicate the Gridman finale where the main character dies, and one of the villains makes a HeelFaceTurn to set up becoming the new hero of the show.
** More seasons were planned after the initial uncancelling, but were scrapped when the discussions for Gridman Sigma in Japan fell through (no material to adapt = no further seasons).
