  • Vaporware: The current public release is Version 4.0b, which is known to be the game's first Sega CD revision despite also being known as an unstable version. It was intended for the game to receive further updates beyond "4.0b", but besides the info on the so-called "5.0" version mentioned below, Stealth's official statement for the release of the next true public release was "When it's finished." For comparison's sake, this was stated in August 2014 with a trailer, but "4.0b" was released back in August 2008. The project was finally cancelled in July 2016, with plans to at least release to the public both the content that was done by then and its open source engine.
  • Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: Stealth did not take it well that someone hacked into his team's private folders and leaked an even newer version of the game to the public that most fans have called Version 5.0, Current, or Final. This is something of a subversion, however, as Stealth, despite being frustrated with the whole ordeal, allowed this version to continue being distributed, including doing so himself with his staff. However, while they were forced to call it "5.0" so to not confuse players with that of future releases, he warned them that this was not an ideal release, and that they recommended not downloading and playing it unless they want to face some extreme spoilers from it. He even released a trailer that contained even more changes from the leaked "5.0" version that were intended before its leak.
