- Patricia Acevedo returns to direct the Latin American Spanish dub in addition to playing Sailor Moon.
- As with the previous film, the Polish dub was directed by Leszek Zduń, who provided additional voices for the film.
- Dueling Dubs: As with the other Sailor Moon films, was dubbed twice into English, in 2000 and 2018. The 2000 release was released to VHS (edited) and DVD (unedited) by Pioneer/Geneon, and was dubbed by Optimum Productions in Toronto with the original DiC cast reprising their roles. The edited version also used music cues recycled from the DiC dub. It was broadcast on Toonami in 2001. The 2018 release was produced by Viz Media, and dubbed in Los Angeles by Studiopolis with the same cast as their uncut redub of the original series and for Sailor Moon Crystal. It was briefly screened in theaters and eventually released to DVD and Blu-ray.
- Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": The original Optimum dub of this movie was the first appearance of Sailors Uranus and Neptune, which means the actresses’ performances have some notable Early Instalment Weirdness.
- You Sound Familiar: In Viz's English dub, Himeko Nayotake is voiced by Eden Riegel, who previously dubbed Koan in R.
