* ScrewedByTheNetwork: The latter half of season 2. Very little advertisement of new episodes from it despite the series being one of their more popular shows. The remaining episodes were burned off at different intervals until finally the show quietly ended despite ending on a cliffhanger. At the very least they wrapped up the Sorcerer and Nega-Julian plotlines before they finished. At the very least Disney was nice enough to put the show on Creator/DisneyPlus a few years later, so it can be watched officially in full.
* It's unconfirmed if the occasional atrocious airing order is due to this or the next trope

***All in all, this results in a few minor issues of continuity, such as Randy knowing certain moves before he actually... knows them, which are easily brushed over, as well as the introduction of certain minor characters, but two Villains are majorly affected.
***While it's unclear when EXACTLY it was supposed to air due to many plots not involving Mcfist and Randy meeting or him even acknowledging his existence even in episodes where he's the main villain, Randy is not supposed to know about either Mcfist or Viceroy's evil ambitions until "Mcfists of fury" where only then he discovers their villany, despite several episodes in the air order have them trading insults like they've been doing it for a good while.
***While not as severe, Enter The Nomicon starts with assuming the viewers know who Mac is... despite his actual episode being 4 episodes later, airing as episode 22 when it was supposed to be episode 8.

* QuietlyCancelled: While there's not much information as to why it was cancelled, Disney just didn't seem very interested in the show past the first season. As stated below, the show second season wasn't advertised much and broadcasted sporadically, likely in an effort to diminished the viewing numbers to justify canning it, leaving fans confused on where to watch it or if the show was still going. The final episodes came and went with little fanfare and the show was quickly pushed to the wayside once it was done.

** The Ninjanomicon, already having the canon nickname “Nomicon,” has been occasionally known as “Nomi” within the fandom, mostly associating with its [[MoeAnthropomorphism Moe Anthropomorphic]] form (also courtesy of the fandom).
** The series itself has been called Ninjashow, Ninja Show, and other variations. Mostly, curious as it seems, when anticipating the next episode (i.e. ‘I can’t wait for more Ninjashow,’ ‘I gotta have my weekly dose of Ninjashow,’ with the exception of ‘I’ve been catching up on some Ninjashow lately’). In general, the Tumblr fandom almost never uses the full name of the show; the main tag is #rc9gn, and users will either refer to it as that or Ninjashow - even the production blog is just called 9th Grade Ninja.
** Evil Julian is often referred to as Ghoulian due to his white, ghostly color scheme.
