Trivia / Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live

• Hey, It's That Sound!: A BGM track from Aurora Dream plays in Episode 32, when Hijiri does the Shining Spiral.
• No Export for You: Like most children's anime, Rainbow Live is not licensed outside of Asia. Also, because Avex banned exports of their home releases, you can no longer buy the official DVDs and Blu-rays if you live outside of Japan.
• What Could Have Been:
  • The main trio was originally named Poemu Mihara, Momoko Sakuragawa, and Ann Suzuno (the basis for Ito)◊.
  • In the second draft◊, Momoko was scrapped, and Mika was supposed to be the main character. Poemu Mihara was renamed "Poemu Nagakita." Ann Suzuno (Ito) was renamed "Momo Suzuno." Otoha was originally named "Maho Yoshiike", Bell was originally named "Airu Nagase" and had heterochromia, and Wakana was originally named "Sana Komori."
  • The designs for the parents were originally different, and Yamada was supposed to be Tanaka wearing a Penguin Teacher zentai. [1]◊
  • Wakana originally had dark skin◊. Poemu was eventually named Naru (with the original name given to Naru's mother), and Mika was renamed Ann. The two also switched personalities, brands, and heights.
