Trivia / Pentagram

  • Promoted Fanboy: Manager Sean "Pellet" Pelletier was a huge fan of Pentagram before meeting Bobby.
  • What Could Have Been: The band's entire story. In the 70s, people such as Murray Krugman (producer of Blue Öyster Cult) and KISS had interest in producing Pentagram album for major labels. Bobby's inability to work with Krugman, along with KISS being unimpressed by their act, ended any hope for a major record deal, while Bobby managed to piss off and drive away just about everyone who joined his band, which meant that he was constantly going through members and unable to hold down a lineup for any meaningful length of time. They stayed with independent and/or foreign labels until Metal Blade (not the largest label but a member of RIAA and distributed by Sony) picked them up in 2011, forty years after they first started.
