• Died During Production: The series stopped production at various points due to a car accident (Worley), colon cancer (Waller), and lung cancer (Worley) that claimed the writer in 2004. Worley's husband James Vance worked with her notes to write out the final chapters beginning in 2006.
• Referenced by...: According to Steve Gallacci, the author of Albedo: Erma Felna EDF, the titular heroine is based, design-wise, on Omaha, up to her species, fur color (through Erma's one is darker than Omaha's) and hair color. The only difference here is Omaha have a tail, while Erma doesn't, and their personalities are the complete opposite of each other.
