- Dummied Out: According to the developer Patreon, several scenes were written involving Raven joining the Book Club on her side route, but rendered unreachable because the prerequisites for the Book Club existing and Raven's route are contradictory.
- What Could Have Been: Kickstarter backers of Wolf Hall were able to add a Librarian and Gym Teacher to the game, as well as romance paths for Raven, Suki, Manuel, Pastel, and Luke. There was also a vote to include two additional side-romances, with the options being Logan (Falcon Hall), Jacob (Falcon Hall), Angela (Butterfly Hall), Corrinna (Snake Hall), Big Steve (Toad Hall), and Balthasar (Toad Hall); Corrinna placed first and Angela second, so they were chosen. Logan got the most votes of any male, but less than the two girls.
- Word of God: Hanako Games has stated that Horse Hall and Wolf Hall take place in different universes.
