• Acting for Two: Seán Cullen voices both Narwhal and Piggy.
• Adored by the Network: Cartoon Network loved airing the series, especially at its peak in 2012, when the series would air everyday on the channel and air a marathon every weekend on Boomerang. The show even became the first third-party series to be featured on their reboot of Cartoon Planet! Unfortunately after the series ended in June 2013, CN quickly removed the series from its line-up and website.
• Character Blog: Narwhal and Duck both have Twitter accounts. Howie, Narwhal, Bunny and Duck all have Facebook pages as well.
• Cowboy BeBop at His Computer: It is occasionally claimed by some that this series is a Teletoon show when it in fact never aired on that channel. The likely origin for the belief in this can basically boiled down to the "bad Canadian cartoon = Teletoon" sentiment most of the show's hatedom has.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: Julie Lemieux as Batty.
• Invisible Advertising: Outside of the series premiere, Cartoon Network never advertised the series at all, which is surprising considering how much they adored the series when it aired. The only way to have known when new episodes were airing was checking the schedule.
• Kids' Meal Toy: Taco Bell in the United States in 2012 released some toys of the show under the name Banana Cabana (after the hotel featured in the show). See here and here.
• The Merch: Yes, really! The show got a lot of merchandise in the US market during its time on air. Asides from the abovementioned Kids' Meal Toy, there were t-shirts, plushes, books, and even fridge magnets.
• Written by Cast Member: Seán Cullen (who voices Narwhal and Piggy) was a writer for several of the show's episodes.
