Trivia / A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

• California Doubling: Set in the fictional town of Dimmsdale, California but filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada.
• Only So Many Canadian Actors: Unlike the series it's based off, this show uses many familiar Canadian live-action actors for its' cast.
• Prop Recycling: Cosmo & Wanda's CG models are the same as The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour, but touched up for high-definition.
• Role Reprise: Daran Norris, in addition to voicing Cosmo, also gets to play Mr. Turner in live-action. It helps that Mr. Turner's appearance was based on him in the first place.
• Screwed by the Network: The first showing of the movie and the subsequent re-airings; Apparently, even for the first broadcast, they cut some scenes and for the subsequent re-airings they cut out even more scenes. This is the first time this has happened with the show as even the reruns are shown in their entirety on Nickelodeon.
• Shoot the Money: Jason Alexander and Cheryl Hines roles in the movies despite being heavily advertised they were playing Cosmo and Wanda.
